Breakwater Sounds — Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Breakwater Sounds!
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Returns & Exchanges

  • New Items (Vinyl, CDs, Stickers, Buttons):
    You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
    Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Used Vinyl & CDs:
    All used items are final sale. We visually grade and describe used records/CDs as accurately as possible. If a used item arrives defective or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item(s). We’ll replace or refund your order as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products (if offered)

  • Used records and CDs (except in cases of error or damage)
