Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Used items may require an additional day for verification and packing.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS Media Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground depending on your selection.
Most orders include a tracking number. Stickers do not. Please let us know if your package takes longer than seven days to arrive.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Orders over $100 (before tax) qualify for free domestic shipping within California and the continental U.S.

Local Pickup (Optional)

If you’re located near Long Beach, California, we offer local pickup by appointment.
You’ll receive instructions via email after checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations.
Buyers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, and import duties.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once shipped, carriers are responsible for delivery.
